BEFORE CLASS

  • What is your Cancellation Policy?
    We're sorry to see you go! If you need to cancel your membership, please contact a member of our team at the gym or send us an email. We'll be happy to help you with the cancellation process and answer any questions you may have. Please note that our cancellation policies may vary depending on your membership type, so be sure to review your contract before making any changes. In general it's: In person, 30 days prior to renew date of any membership. But we have to warn you, canceling your membership means you'll miss out on all of the amazing gains you could be making at ALTAFIT. Just think, in a few months you could be bench-pressing more than your body weight and doing pull-ups like a boss. So don't give up on your fitness goals just yet!
  • Refund Policy
    If we have improperly charged you, we will refund the amount as soon as possible. However we require a 30 day cancellation notice in writing prior to your next billing period. Send us an email to memberships@altafit.us to submit a cancellation request. All cancellations must be done in writing. Verbal, text or calls do not warrant a cancellation.
  • Can I Freeze my Membership?
    You can freeze it for travel up to 60 days. However we do not freeze memberships for less than 30 days. You can also freeze it for up to six months for an injury or 1 year for pregnancy.
  • Can I try out the gym before I join?
    Absolutely! We offer free trial passes for potential members, so you can experience the gym and see if it's the right fit for you. Call us or just stop by the gym and speak with a member of our team to get your trial pass.
  • Why is training in a group, better?
    There are many benefits to joining a fitness group, including motivation, accountability, and support. When you join a fitness group, you'll be surrounded by like-minded people who are all working towards similar goals. This can provide a sense of camaraderie and encouragement that can help you stay motivated and on track with your fitness journey.     We have our private parking right in front of our facilities, as well as 100 assigned parking spots in Flower Park, just across the street. Also there is free parking on the street. Please make sure to arrive 15 min early to your appointment.

    No, our memberships are month to month without annually commitment. So we are sure that you stay because you want and not by contract.

    We’d love to share the Altafit love with everyone, but we unfortunately cannot accommodate children or pets, unless your children are training. We love the little ones, but all children must be accompanied by a supervising adult at all times.

Unless you're lifting next to someone with really impressive biceps, in which case you might want to bring some extra motivation.     Our busiest time is usually right after New Year's when everyone is trying to stick to their resolution to get in shape.     Yes, we have cubbies on the lobby that you can use during class.

    No, here we have nice soft towels ready to be used by you.

    You will want to bring your own bottle water. We have filtered water available for fill ups and bottles for purchase, in case you forget yours.

    We have limited the amount of people allowed within a class setting for appropriate social distancing. We have also established rigorous cleaning and sanitation procedures.

    No! It’s dangerous and distracting to others. We know how vital it can be to keep that phone with you but please, for that hour you’re with us, pop it in a locker.
  • How often should I workout?
    We recommend 4 classes per week as an optimal number, with 3 classes per week at a minimum if you’re hoping to see visible results. But, as always listen to your body — if you feel like that is top much then take an extra rest day!

    Yes, we have cubbies on the lobby that you can use during class.

    No, here we have nice soft towels ready to be used by you.

    You will want to bring your own bottle water. We have filtered water available for fill ups and bottles for purchase, in case you forget yours.
  • Can I join online?
    You can join online, and start your fitness journey today.
  • What safety precautions are in place for group fitness classes?
    We have limited the amount of people allowed within a class setting for appropriate social distancing. We have also established rigorous cleaning and sanitation procedures.
  • Can I bring my phone into class with me?
    No! It’s dangerous and distracting to others. We know how vital it can be to keep that phone with you but please, for that hour you’re with us, pop it in a locker.
  • How often should I workout?
    We recommend 4 classes per week as an optimal number, with 3 classes per week at a minimum if you’re hoping to see visible results. But, as always listen to your body — if you feel like that is top much then take an extra rest day!

  • What is your Cancellation Policy?
    We're sorry to see you go! If you need to cancel your membership, please contact a member of our team at the gym or send us an email. We'll be happy to help you with the cancellation process and answer any questions you may have. Please note that our cancellation policies may vary depending on your membership type, so be sure to review your contract before making any changes. In general it's: In person, 30 days prior to renew date of any membership. But we have to warn you, canceling your membership means you'll miss out on all of the amazing gains you could be making at ALTAFIT. Just think, in a few months you could be bench-pressing more than your body weight and doing pull-ups like a boss. So don't give up on your fitness goals just yet!
  • Refund Policy
    If we have improperly charged you, we will refund the amount as soon as possible. However we require a 30 day cancellation notice in writing prior to your next billing period. Send us an email to memberships@altafit.us to submit a cancellation request. All cancellations must be done in writing. Verbal, text or calls do not warrant a cancellation.
  • Can I Freeze my Membership?
    You can freeze it for travel up to 60 days. However we do not freeze memberships for less than 30 days. You can also freeze it for up to six months for an injury or 1 year for pregnancy.
  • Can I try out the gym before I join?
    Absolutely! We offer free trial passes for potential members, so you can experience the gym and see if it's the right fit for you. Call us or just stop by the gym and speak with a member of our team to get your trial pass.
  • Why is training in a group, better?
    There are many benefits to joining a fitness group, including motivation, accountability, and support. When you join a fitness group, you'll be surrounded by like-minded people who are all working towards similar goals.     No, our memberships are month to month without annually commitment. So we are sure that you stay because you want and not by contract.

  • Do you have lockers? Where can I storage my things?
    Yes, we have cubbies on the lobby that you can use during class.
  • Do I need to bring my own towel?
    No, here we have nice soft towels ready to be used by you.
  • Do I need to bring a water bottle?
    You will want to bring your own bottle water. We have filtered water available for fill ups and bottles for purchase, in case you forget yours.
  • Can I join online?
    You can join online, and start your fitness journey today.
  • What safety precautions are in place for group fitness classes?
    We have limited the amount of people allowed within a class setting for appropriate social distancing. We have also established rigorous cleaning and sanitation procedures.
  • Can I bring my phone into class with me?
    No! It’s dangerous and distracting to others. We know how vital it can be to keep that phone with you but please, for that hour you’re with us, pop it in a locker.
  • How often should I workout?
    We recommend 4 classes per week as an optimal number, with 3 classes per week at a minimum if you’re hoping to see visible results. But, as always listen to your body — if you feel like that is top much then take an extra rest day!
  • What is Altafit?
    We are a team of professionals coaches. We are here to make your training fun, enjoyable and exciting.
  • What class do you recommend for a beginner?
    Don’t worry! We welcome beginners and work with many everyday! If it’s your first time, we’ll look after you in any class you choose. Altafit classes are created for you to challenge yourself — but you can set your own intensity based upon experience level. To make the most of your first class, we ask that you arrive 15 minutes early.

    Staying motivated on your fitness journey can be challenging, but there are a few things you can do to help keep yourself motivated. First, set specific, achievable goals for yourself and track your progress towards those goals. This will help you see the progress you're making and keep you motivated to keep going. At ALTAFIT, we have a community of like-minded individuals who are all working towards their own fitness goals, and they are always happy to provide encouragement and support to each other.
